The Launchpad.
A fixed-scope, fixed-price website. Fast by default. Built for search from the ground up. Written so the right visitor converts. Live in 10–14 days.
Most web projects fail the same way.
A vague brief. A developer who doesn't question the copy. A strategist who doesn't know what's technically possible. Rounds of feedback that expand the scope without expanding the budget. A site that goes live six months late and does nothing.
The Launchpad exists because I've been in those rooms. Messaging, build, and strategy done by the same person, from the same brief, with one goal: a site that gets found and converts. Fixed scope means fixed price means no surprises.
Exactly what you get.
Everything below is included. Everything outside it is quoted separately before any work starts.
| Pages | Home, About, Services, Contact + 1 flex page |
| Build | Fast by default, always online, built for search from the ground up |
| SEO | Shows up on Google - metadata, sitemap, technical health done properly |
| AEO | Shows up in AI search - ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overview |
| GEO | Shows up locally - geographic signals, service area, local schema |
| Messaging | Brand copy written by Werner - not a template, not AI-generated filler |
| Revision | One round of revisions included |
| Timeline | Live in 10–14 days from signed scope |
Everything outside this list is quoted separately.
Every project starts with a signed scope document. It lists exactly what's being built. Anything outside that list gets scoped and quoted separately before a single line of code changes. No passive-aggressive invoices at the end. No "that'll be extra" surprises halfway through. The wall protects your budget and your timeline. Most clients come back for the extras anyway, just in a controlled, planned way.
Not included in the Launchpad:
- —Additional pages beyond the 5 included
- —Custom animations or interactions beyond the standard build
- —E-commerce or booking systems
- —Third-party integrations unless scoped upfront
- —Ongoing content creation
What it costs.
| Launchpad - 5 pages | €2,500 |
| + CMS Add-on | +€600 |
| SLA Retainer | €200 / month |
Payment: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. Scope document signed before work begins.
€2,500 is fixed. It doesn't change based on your industry, your location, or how complicated your business is. The scope defines the work. The price defines the commitment.
Only if you need it.
CMS Add-on
+€600For businesses that need to update specific content themselves. Pricelists, articles, stock lists, downloadable documents. Predefined editable zones only. Your design stays intact.
Staying ranked takes ongoing work.
AI search is evolving. Google updates ranking signals, ChatGPT and Perplexity change what they surface, and sites that were accurate at launch drift without upkeep.
The SLA Retainer handles ongoing optimisation, copy updates, schema refinements, and priority turnaround.
SLA Retainer

The Launchpad converts attention. It doesn't create it.
Most websites disappoint people because the buyer expected more than a website can deliver alone. Below: what the Launchpad handles, and what remains on you.
Drive traffic
The Launchpad converts visitors. You still need a traffic source: SEO content, social, ads, referrals, or outreach. One channel, done consistently, is enough.
Build your offer
Messaging can only be as clear as the offer underneath it. If your service is vague or unpriced, the copy won't fix that. Come in with a defined offer and it sharpens everything.
Replace trust signals
Testimonials, case studies, and results matter. A well-built site makes them land harder. It can't substitute for them. Even one strong proof point changes the conversion rate.
Close deals for you
Enquiries need follow-up. If someone contacts you and waits two days for a reply, the site did its job and the process lost the lead. Speed and follow-through are on you.
If you already have attention, through referrals, ads, or search, the Launchpad converts it. If you're starting from zero traffic, the site will be ready when you are. You'll still need to send people to it.
