The Launchpad
A five-page website. Built in two weeks. Found by Google, found by AI, written to convert. Fixed price. Fixed scope. No surprises.
Exactly what you get.
This is a fixed-scope product. Not because I'm rigid, because scope creep is how good projects go bad. Everything below is included. Everything outside it is quoted separately before any work starts.
| Pages | Home, About, Services, Contact + 1 flex page |
| Stack | Next.js + Vercel. Fast, modern, built for SEO from the ground up |
| SEO | Technical SEO, metadata, schema markup, XML sitemap, robots.txt |
| AEO | Structured for AI search engines: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overview |
| GEO | Local business schema, geographic signals, service area targeting |
| Messaging | Brand copy written by Werner, not a template, not AI-generated filler |
| Revision | One round of revisions included |
| Timeline | Live in 10-14 days from signed scope |
Only if you need it.

What it costs.
| Launchpad - 5 pages | €2,500 |

| SLA Retainer | €200 / month |
Payment: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. Scope document signed before work begins.
Is your website sending a clear signal?
Ten questions. Scored 0-10. Find out exactly where your site is losing leads and what to do about it.
What's not included, and why that's good for you.
Every project starts with a signed scope document. It lists exactly what's being built. Anything outside that list gets scoped and quoted separately before a single line of code changes. No passive-aggressive invoices at the end. No "that'll be extra" surprises halfway through. The wall protects your budget and your timeline. Most clients come back for the extras anyway, just in a controlled, planned way.
Not included in the Launchpad:
- —Additional pages beyond the 5 included
- —Custom animations or interactions beyond the standard build
- —E-commerce or booking systems
- —Third-party integrations — unless scoped upfront
- —Ongoing content creation
Why your last web project ran over budget and how to make sure this one doesn't.
Scope creep doesn't start with greed, it starts with vagueness. A project without a written scope is an open invitation for misaligned expectations on both sides. Here's the one document that prevents it every time.
Let's build it.
Tell me about your business and what you need. I'll confirm whether the Launchpad is the right fit and if it is, we start with a scope document, not a pitch deck.
